Families or individuals who lack income to meet their basic needs due to the absence of any WORKING individuals among the household members can benefit from the social support services of our Municipality. It is mandatory to submit a Disability Report for requests for medical supplies and an Official Document for conditions that prevent work.

• All applications are evaluated by the Social Support Services Commission according to the criteria of the Mudanya Municipality Social Support Services Regulation.
• Applications of persons who are found to have made false declarations or who have vehicle/real estate registrations on their household members will be evaluated as 'NEGATIVE'.
• The applicant must be over 18 years of age.
• Only one person from the same residence address can apply; otherwise, applications will be considered as "DUPLICATE" and will not be processed.
• Applications are evaluated according to the Central Population Administration System (MERNIS) records. Applications with MERNIS records in other provinces or with outdated MERNIS records will not be evaluated. Residence addresses can be updated from the e-Government application or District Population Directorates.

Application, Review and Evaluation Process

Phase 1

The preliminary application of individuals who fill out the Social Support Preliminary Application Form is received and they are given a "Preliminary Application Number".

Phase 2

If the data entered in the Preliminary Application Form is incomplete or incorrect, the APPLICATION will not be created despite the "Preliminary Application Number" being given and the situation will be notified via SMS or voice call to the phone number registered in the Preliminary Application Form.

Phase 3

The information of the applicant whose application is finalized is investigated by the relevant Branch Directorate Expert Personnel (sociologist, psychologist, social service expert) through the Ministry of Internal Affairs e-Municipality Information System and the database of other public institutions/organizations. If deemed necessary, a telephone interview is made with the applicant or an examination is carried out at the residence address. A Social Investigation Report is prepared with the obtained data.

Phase 4

The prepared Social Review Report is evaluated in the Social Support Services Commission according to the criteria of the Social Support Services Regulation, and the Commission Decision is notified to the applicant via short message (SMS), voice call or official letter.
